How long will the chauffeur wait if my flight is delayed?
Flights are monitored in real time. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes complimentary curbside wait; international arrivals include 60 minutes. Additional wait is billed at the hourly rate.
Can you provide child car seats?
Yes — infant, toddler and booster seats are provided complimentary. Please note ages in the booking notes so the right seat is installed before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 72 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Between 48 and 72 hours are charged 50%. Inside 48 hours or no-shows are charged in full.
Do you serve destinations outside Toronto?
Yes — Niagara-on-the-Lake, Blue Mountain, Muskoka, Mont-Tremblant, Ottawa, and cross-border to Buffalo, Rochester and New York City with NEXUS-cleared chauffeurs.
