- How quickly will my reservation be confirmed?
- Quotes are returned instantly. A live concierge confirms your chauffeur, vehicle and pickup details by email and phone within minutes during business hours, and within one hour overnight.
- Do I need to pay in full at the time of booking?
- No. You may secure your reservation with a 30% deposit or pay the full quoted fare. The remaining balance is charged after service completion.
- Can I book a reservation for the same day?
- Yes. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability. For pickups within two hours, please call concierge directly at 416 · 799 · 1802 to guarantee dispatch.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through a secure encrypted checkout. Corporate accounts and invoicing are available on request.
