Before the ceremony
We confirm the pickup point, expected departure, venue access and any time you want for family photographs before the ceremony. A plan that leaves no margin for a busy hotel entrance is not a useful plan.

From the first departure to the last reception pickup, each journey has a place in your day. We plan the vehicle, chauffeur and timing around the ceremony you have actually arranged.
From a custom written quote for your itinerary
A wedding itinerary rarely follows a straight line. One group leaves a hotel, another waits at a family home, and a ceremony that begins on time may finish after photographs, greetings and one more embrace. We start with the real sequence: who needs to be where, how many people will travel together, where each vehicle can stop, and which moments need breathing room.
Your chauffeur arrives with the address and pickup instructions already confirmed. At a hotel, that may mean the main entrance; at a venue, it may be a side drive agreed with your planner. The cabin is a quiet pause between locations, with space for your belongings and an arrival that does not compete with the occasion.
Our executive SUVs suit couples and smaller groups who prefer a private, composed journey. If the wedding party, parents or visiting family need separate travel, tell us the number of guests and the timing for each movement. We will describe the proposed vehicle arrangement in the quote so everyone understands which journey is theirs.

Ceremony, portraits and reception can each have a different address. Give us the route and preferred stop order; we will account for the movement between them and identify where reserved standby time makes sense.
Arrange a final transfer to your hotel or home without asking a guest to manage transport at the end of the night. We can also discuss a separate vehicle for family members who prefer to leave earlier.
Wedding travel is quoted from the details of your day, not a generic ceremony package. Tell us the date, pickup and destination addresses, number of passengers, preferred vehicle, planned photo stops and approximate finish time. If you need more than one vehicle, include which guests travel on each leg. We will set out the proposed service and the rate in writing before you decide.
Some couples need only a single, direct transfer. Others need a vehicle held while photographs finish and family members change locations. Those are different commitments of chauffeur time. We will distinguish a transfer from an as-directed booking in the quote so you know what is reserved and what changes would require a revised plan.
Travel from Toronto to celebrations in Mississauga, Vaughan, Oakville or Hamilton can be planned alongside Toronto pickups. If out-of-town guests arrive through Pearson, we can discuss airport transfers separately from the wedding-day vehicle.
Send the outline even if the timeline is not final. A ceremony time and the locations you know are enough to begin a conversation. Your concierge can identify the missing details before preparing the final written quote; nothing needs to be guessed on the day itself.
It also helps to share the names of the venue contact and planner, if you have them, along with any instructions for vehicle access. A city hotel entrance can be busy at check-in; a reception venue may have a preferred arrival lane or limited space for a vehicle to wait. The clearer those practical details are beforehand, the more easily the chauffeur can stay out of the way until you are ready. If your photographer has selected a portrait location, mention the loading point as well as the destination so that your party does not have to walk back across an unfamiliar property in formal clothes.
For guests travelling separately, consider which departures should be together and which should not depend on one another. A parent leaving the reception early may need a direct return while the couple remains for the final dance. Those details turn a list of addresses into an itinerary that actually serves the people in it. We will confirm each planned pickup as part of the written arrangement.
