Terminal Guidance
Terminal 1 and Terminal 3
Terminal 1
Meet at the Limousine / Pre-Arranged Ground Transportation curb, Post 1 or 2 on the Arrivals Level. Look for a black full-size SUV and your chauffeur at the designated pre-arranged zone.
Terminal 3
Meet at the Limousine curb outside the arrivals hall, near the Sheraton Gateway pedestrian bridge. Your chauffeur sends a text with their exact position and plate as you deplane.
Private aviation terminals at Pearson
We coordinate pickups at Pearson's private aviation terminals including Signature Aviation, Skyservice and Execaire. Provide the FBO name and tail number at booking and your chauffeur will be cleared to the ramp or terminal door.
30 min domestic / 60 min international arrivals
International arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time, domestic arrivals include 30 minutes. The window begins when your flight actually lands, not when it was scheduled. If customs or baggage takes longer, your concierge is one call away.
