Booking the Opulent way.
- How quickly will my reservation be confirmed?
- Quotes are returned instantly. A live concierge confirms your chauffeur, vehicle and pickup details by email and phone within minutes during business hours, and within one hour overnight.
- Do I need to pay in full at the time of booking?
- No. You may secure your reservation with a 30% deposit or pay the full quoted fare. The remaining balance is charged after service completion.
- Can I book a reservation for the same day?
- Yes. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability. For pickups within two hours, please call concierge directly at 888 342 3092 to guarantee dispatch.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through a secure encrypted checkout. Corporate accounts and invoicing are available on request.
Airport Arrivals: Enjoy 60 minutes of complimentary waiting for all domestic, U.S., and international flight arrivals, calculated from the verified actual flight arrival time.
Local Pickups: Enjoy 15 minutes of complimentary waiting at hotels, corporate offices, private residences, and other non-airport pickup locations, beginning at scheduled pickup time provided chauffeur has arrived and is ready.
Additional waiting beyond these allowances may incur charges at the applicable disclosed rate.
If actual arrival or chauffeur readiness cannot be verified, dispatch will review the waiting time; estimated flight arrivals are not a basis for waiting charges. Existing confirmed terms remain valid, or more favorable terms apply; no retroactive extra charges.
