Scarborough is a long airport run and an unforgiving one at rush hour, so we plan the departure window from live conditions on the 401 and the DVP rather than a fixed allowance. Our east-end clients still make early flights out of Terminal 1 because the pickup time is set honestly.
The district is served end to end — Town Centre and Consilium Place, Agincourt, Guildwood, the Bluffs, Highland Creek and Malvern. Airport transfers are locked in and + HST, with tolls, meet-and-greet and sixty minutes of complimentary arrivals wait included. As-directed hourly service covers site visits and evenings, and dispatch answers around the clock.
The quoted rate includes gratuity, fuel, tolls, curbside meet-and-greet and sixty minutes of complimentary waiting on arrivals; 13% HST is added at booking and the total is confirmed in writing before you ride. Your flight is monitored from wheels-up, so a delayed landing moves the chauffeur rather than the price, and an early arrival is met at the same door. Departures are timed backward from your flight against live 401, 407 and QEW conditions instead of a fixed rule.
The vehicle and chauffeur stay with you between meetings — cabin conditioned, luggage and materials left in place. Choose the Suburban, Yukon XL Denali or Escalade ESV. Your reserved hours and itinerary are quoted in writing; HST is added at booking.

Because the drive to Pearson can reach 45 minutes or more in traffic, we ask for twenty-four hours' notice where possible. Early-morning departures are best confirmed the day before so the pickup window can be set against expected 401 conditions.
